Buying pillowcases? Choose the right size

A pillowcase finishes your bed and keeps your pillow clean. Because you can easily wash the pillowcase separately, your pillow stays fresh and hygienic for longer.

The right size

Choose the same pillowcase size as your pillow. The two most common sizes are 60x70 cm (the standard Dutch pillow) and 50x60 cm (a more compact pillow). If in doubt, measure your pillow; a pillowcase that fits exactly is snug without pulling.

Which material and which finish?

Cotton is soft, breathable and moisture-regulating; percale cotton feels cooler and smoother with a luxurious look. Also pay attention to the closure: an envelope closure (where the fabric overlaps at the back) keeps the pillow neatly in place without a visible zip, for a crisp, well-kept look.

We deliver free of charge within 2–5 working days. Complete your bed with a matching pillow or duvet cover. Questions? Get in touch.
