We'll sort it out together. If you ordered the wrong size yourself, the same return costs apply as for any mattress return. You arrange the return yourself at your own cost, or you leave it to us: € 40 per mattress if it is still packed, € 100 per mattress if it has been unpacked. If you exchange it for the right size, we deliver the new size free of charge.

Preferably include the packing slip, a printed proof of payment or your order confirmation with the return, and write your order number clearly on the outside of the packaging. Don't have these any more? Then we will link the return to your order using your name or email address.
The mattress must also be clean, dry, free of stains and undamaged. So always use a fitted sheet or mattress protector during the sleep trial.

Yes. You have 120 nights to try out your mattress. We recommend trying it for at least 30 nights; register your return no later than day 120.
If the mattress is still packed, you arrange the return yourself at your own cost or leave it to us for € 40 per mattress. If it has been unpacked, you arrange the return yourself at your own cost and risk, or we have it collected for € 100 transport costs per mattress. A driver will then collect the mattress from the ground floor.
