Duvet covers determine how your bed feels and looks. At Nordsleeps you can choose from more than 500 covers in many colours and patterns, from €14.95. Many covers include 60x70 cm pillowcases.

Which material should you choose?

• Cotton satin: smooth with a slight sheen, in T200 and T210. It feels cool.
• Flannel: thick and warm, made of 100% flannel cotton of 160 gsm. Pleasant in winter.
• Velvet and teddy: soft and cosy, made of polyester. Lovely on cold evenings.
• Microfibre: light and affordable, also as shiny satin.
• Percale and Egyptian cotton: smooth and cool, with a matt finish.
• Stone washed: washed cotton of T144 with a soft look.

Many covers are available in 140x200/220, 200x200/220 and 240x200/220, some also in 260 cm. That means one cover fits duvets that are 200 and 220 cm long. Always check the size on the product. What size duvet cover do I need?

Choose the same size as your duvet. A duvet of 140x200 or 140x220 fits in a cover of 140x200/220. For two people there are 200x200/220 and 240x200/220.

Which material is best for summer?

If you get warm quickly, you often choose percale or satin. These feel smooth and cool. Flannel and teddy are warmer.

How does a duvet cover close?

Many covers close with snap fasteners. The closure is listed in the specifications for each product.
