Which pillow height suits my sleeping position?

Side sleepers have the most space to bridge between head and mattress and therefore choose a higher, firmer pillow that fills the neck well.
Back sleepers are best off with a medium pillow that supports the natural curve of the neck without pushing the head too far forward.
Stomach sleepers need a low, soft pillow so as not to overstretch the neck.

If you sleep on a soft mattress that you sink deeper into, choose a slightly flatter pillow; on a firm mattress the pillow can be a little higher.

Which filling should I choose?
