You have repaired and/or modified the delivered products yourself, or have had them repaired and/or modified by third parties. You have not had the box spring or high bed installed by one of our installers. You have not used the products in the normal way. For example, if you have exposed the delivered products to abnormal conditions or otherwise handled them negligently. This happens in any case if the delivered products have been processed contrary to the instructions of Matt Sleeps and/or the instructions on the packaging. Defects result entirely or partially from regulations established or to be established by the government concerning the nature or quality of the materials used. Defects consist of stains, cracks or holes resulting from your own behavior.
